The website www.canadianbirthcertificate.com belongs to the registered company, Civil Processing Bureau. Civil Processing Bureau is not affiliated with any government agencies. We are a private company that specializes in locating and expediting shipment of global vital documents direct to our clients' door. Civil Processing Bureau is not responsible for documents or death certificates lost by courier companies or any government office. Civil Processing Bureau is not responsible for applications that are rejected. All fees are non-refundable once applications are submitted to the government. I agree to being charged the total fees corresponding with my required service.

Certificate & Service Options

Large Death Certificate (21.6 x 17.8 cm):

The Manitoba Death Certificate is available in large size only and contains the name of the deceased, date and place of death, age, sex, registration date and registration number.

Copy of Registration:

A Photocopy of Registration is a certified photocopy of the original registration of the event. It contains all the information that appears on the Registration of Death, except that it does not show the cause of death.)

Please Note: Legislation requires an application and/or certificate, along with a fee, for Vital Statistics to search records. A death certificate provides confirmation that the person died in Manitoba. If no death record is found, you will receive a letter advising you that a record is not available.
